Enlight Your Mind Enterprises LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates internal business management tools that integrate with third-party financial services including Intuit QuickBooks.
By accessing or using our application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for internal business purposes of Enlight Your Mind Enterprises LLC. This application is not available for public use.
You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or distribute the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
The Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
Financial data accessed through QuickBooks integration is used solely for internal accounting, tax preparation, and business management purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your financial data to third parties except as required by law or for professional services (e.g., tax filing).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENLIGHT YOUR MIND ENTERPRISES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
